I’m not receiving my verification codes

Updated today

Depending on the method you’re using, try the following:

  • Email codes: Check your spam or junk folder

  • SMS codes: Go to Settings → Profile and confirm your phone number is correct, and make sure you have cellular service

  • Authenticator app: Make sure your phone’s time is set to update automatically (codes depend on accurate time)

If you still can’t receive codes, contact support and we’ll help you.
